Shipping & Delivery

We are pleased to offer shipping both within Sri Lanka and to our international customers.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Domestic Shipping (Sri Lanka):

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days. A flat rate of LKR 400 applies.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over LKR 5,000.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love Blaanc pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within [e.g., 3 days] of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

  1. Please email us at support@blaanclifestyle.com or WhatsApp +94 779723717 with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

  2. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to send back your item(s).

  3. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-4 business days.

Exchanges: We are happy to exchange an item for a different size, subject to availability. Please follow the return process and specify the new size you require.
